• SHIPPING: We ship all items within 0-2 business days after ordering. Delivery times vary, depending on the location they are being sent to. Once we have shipped out your item(s), all postal issues are out of our control. This does not mean that we will not help you locate missing packages...it means that we cannot be held liable for the shipping carrier's mistakes or delays within the Postal Service. A lost package is a rare occurrence, but if you would like a guarantee, we suggest you purchase your item with priority shipping. We offer our standard shipping free to our customers, but it does not come with insurance. Please take note of this before you order!
• WRONG ADDRESS: If your address is not correct, please make sure to change it BEFORE placing any order. However, If you have already ordered, please contact us and we will do our best to make adjustments. If you contact us after we have shipped your item(s), we cannot make adjustments since the issue is out of our control. If a package is returned to us, buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item or the difference between the price of your item and the total cost of your order. If you would are located in the US and would like to have it re-shipped, the cost will be $7.
